The arrest of the governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich and his chief of staff John Harris for trying to sell the US Senate seat vacated by President-Elect BO was not the least bit shocking to me. This is typical Chicago-thug politics. I think this is just the tip of the iceberg and there will be more to come. The Drudge Report is also reporting that there has been a grand jury inquiry into the Obama/Rezko land deal. It has begun and I think this will be a fun four years. Also, BO said that he had not had any contact with the governor’s office but David Axelrod says otherwise. Links to follow.
